Return Policy for Sepserum
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, please contact us at info@sepserum.com within 14 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist you.
If you choose to return an item, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: we are unable to accept returns on certain items (such as hygiene-sensitive products). These items will be clearly marked before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

Damaged or Defective Products
At Sepserum, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@sepserum.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage or defect, and our team will work with you to replace the item or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition.
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Once we receive the necessary information, we will assess the situation and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for a replacement of a defect or damaged product, you will not be charged for reshipping.
