Lost or Stolen Packages

Sepserum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your carrier for further investigation. You may also want to check with neighbors or household members.

Shipping Delays

Shipping Restrictions
